Just like having a messy home can make you feel overwhelmed, having your mind cluttered with constant negative thoughts drains your mental energy and leave you feeling overwhelmed and anxious. Mental clutter items may be things from your past you consistently ruminate over, leading to feelings of depression, or it can be that you are too focus on the future, waiting to be happy “when”, leading to feelings of anxiety and stress.
Release everything that no longer serves you and experience the magic and mystic of the caldera-edge town of Oia, in Santorini Greece. Take your practice of yoga, meditation and fitness in one of the world’s most beautiful islands, with spilling down cliff sides, offering gasp-inducing views from land or sea.
Eight days and seven nights of self-exploration, through a carefully curated selection of yoga and fitness classes, meditation, nutrition guidance, personal-growth workshops and unique experiences, to nurture mind, body and spirit.

MEDITATION AND SELF-INQUIRY SESSIONS
Meditation allows us to become familiar with the rest and ease of our essential nature. The meditation sessions offer mindfulness and breath awareness based on Vipassana meditation as well as non-dual, open awareness meditation.
As a key component to overall wellness and happiness, proper nutrition that aligns with our overall health goals is a focus during our retreats. Our nutrition sessions will focus on optimal nutrition for nourishing your body, mind and soul and how to set and reach your goals and obtain a higher level of connection to what your body needs.
VINEYARD, WINE & FOOD TOUR
