ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW
FOR NIRVANA IN TUSCANY
FAQ's
WHAT DOES A TYPICAL DAY LOOK LIKE?
Each day will have a different focus and activity for both the body and mind. We will start every day with an early morning yoga practice and meditation and there will be a second practice later in the day for those who want to spend more time on the mat. The days will be full of activity, but there will be a nice flow to everything to avoid feeling rushed. We’ll sit down for dinner together at the end of the day to enjoy each other’s company, the amazing food and the relaxed experience of a traditional Italian meal.
*Please see below sample intinerary for an idea of what a day might be like.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Please note that there will be no refunds or discounts for arriving late, leaving early, flight cancellations, travel delays or illness. If you cancel your participation in a retreat for any reason outside the 60 days, the cancellation policy will apply, with no exceptions. We wish we could compensate people for unforeseen circumstances (injury, family emergency, etc), but to efficiently run our retreats, we have costs already incurred when reserving retreat centers and hotels. We have designed our cancellation policy to be as compassionate as possible in the case that your plans change. But to protect yourself further, we strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance.
IF YOU CANCEL YOUR RETREAT
60 days or more prior to the start of the yoga retreat, you receive 100% credit of the cost of the full retreat.
0-59 days prior to the start of the yoga retreat, you receive: no refunds or credits will be given.
To officially cancel, you must send an email us stating that you wish to cancel.
IF WE CANCEL THE RETREAT
We have never had to cancel a retreat, however, if we do cancel a trip due too few participants, we will refund all deposits and payments you have paid. We cannot however compensate you for airfare or travel costs incurred. In the unlikely event that Samadhi Rising must cancel a yoga retreat due to weather, natural disaster or political upheaval, we cannot guarantee a refund – it will be depending on receiving a refund from the venue / tour operator we work with. To cover these risks, we highly recommend you purchase travel insurance.

Rome is also an option, however it's about three and half hours by train from Lucca. Ask us, we are happy to help with suggestions and travel advice.

Tuscany in the fall is a weather dream come true; daytime temperatures are usually in the 60s and 70s, and nights and early mornings tend to be cool. Please check the 10 day weather forecast prior to arriving.
ELECTRICITY
A generator produces standard 220V electricity, approximately twice as much as the US. European two prong chargers work well for laptops and phones but will not support hairdryers and irons. If you plan on bringing these items, it is best to purchase a surge protector.
